GENERAL INFORMATION
What is TCCG Rewards+?
TCCG Rewards+ is a rewards program introduced to reward our loyal customers with exclusive rewards and privileges.
There are 3 tiers of membership: Subscriber, Lifestyle and Prestige.
Membership Rewards
- Enjoy rewards at TCC – The Connoisseur Concerto, O’Coffee Club and Rocky Master outlets^.
- New members enjoy complimentary welcome beverage e-voucher.
- Rewards: Members across all tiers enjoy 5% rebate (in the form of TCCG$) on regular spend (excluding discount, service charge and government taxes). 1TCCG$ = SGD $1.
- Birthday Perks: Receive a birthday sliced cake e-voucher and the first* transaction of the birthday month enjoys birthday rebates (based on member tier) as follows:
- Subscriber members enjoy 20%* birthday rebate
- Lifestyle members enjoy 25%* birthday rebate
- Prestige members enjoy 30%* birthday rebate
- Every $50 top-up in E-Wallet earns $2.50 store value credit. Every $100 top-up in E-Wallet earns $7.50 store value credit. Plus, earn rebates* upon spending of store value credits in the E-Wallet.**
^Airport outlets are excluded.
*Rebates are awarded to dine-in and takeaway regular-priced food and beverage purchases only, excluding discount, service charge and prevailing government taxes, unless otherwise stated.
**Top-up does not count towards accumulative member spend for renewal and tier upgrade; but usage of the top-up value (i.e. store value credits) will count towards accumulative member spend for renewal and tier upgrade.
How do I sign up for TCCG Rewards+?
Simply sign up via TCCG Rewards+ mobile app with your mobile number. An OTP will be sent for verification. Once verified, you can enjoy member perks at TCC – The Connoisseur Concerto, O’Coffee Club and Rocky Master (coming soon) outlets. Airport outlets are excluded.
Will there be a membership card issued to me?
No. It’s a cardless program accessed via the TCCG Rewards+ mobile app. Just present your unique QR code to enjoy perks.
Must I have a local number to register for TCCG Rewards+?
Yes. Only local mobile numbers are eligible for registration.
ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Can I hold more than one TCCG Rewards+ account?
No. Multiple applications using the same mobile number won’t be accepted.
Is the TCCG Rewards+ membership transferable?
No. The account is non-transferable.
Is there a minimum age for TCCG Rewards+ membership?
No, but your tier may change based on your accumulated membership spend within your 12-month membership cycle. The member tier cycle is valid for one (1) year.
Is there an expiry date to my TCCG Rewards+ membership?
No, but your tier may change based on your accumulated membership spend within your 12-month membership cycle. The member tier cycle is valid for one (1) year..
How do I qualify as a TCCG Rewards+ Lifestyle Member?
Spend at least $100 within a 12-month cycle (excluding discount, service charge and taxes). Otherwise, your tier will be downgraded.
How do I qualify as a TCCG Rewards+ Prestige Member?
Spend at least $300 within your 12-month member cycle (excluding discount, service charge and taxes) to upgrade to Prestige tier.
Prestige members will be renewed at Prestige tier in the second year of their Prestige member cycle, if min. spend of $300 is not met in the first year of their Prestige member cycle.
Prestige members will be downgraded to Lifestyle tier in the third year of their Prestige member cycle, if min. spend of $300 is not met in the second year of their Prestige member cycle.
Can I enjoy my membership privileges for take-away and/or online orders?
Privileges apply to dine-in and walk-in take-away only. Not applicable for online orders or delivery.
Can I enjoy my membership privileges on eve/public holidays?
Yes, unless otherwise stated.
Can I enjoy my membership privileges for corporate functions/catering?
No. Membership rewards do not apply to orders with corporate discounts, corporate functions or catering orders.
E-Wallet Top-up
What is Store Value Credit (SV$)?
Store Value Credit (SV$) is the top-up value in your E-Wallet. SGD $50 = SV$50; SGD $100 = SV$100; You can use SV$50 or SV$100 to offset your bill.
What are the benefits of top-up?
Every $50 top-up in E-Wallet earns $2.50 store value credit. Every $100 top-up in E-Wallet earns $7.50 store value credit. Plus, earn rebates upon spending of store value credits in the E-Wallet.
Does top-up count towards membership spend, renewal and upgrade?
Top-up does not count towards accumulative member spend for renewal and tier upgrade; but usage of the top-up value (i.e. store value credits) will count towards accumulative member spend for renewal and tier upgrade.
Will I earn rebates for top-up?
No, rebates are not awarded upon top-up. Rebates are awarded upon spending of the store value from top-up, percentage of rebate awarded is awarded according to your member tier.
Can I request for refund of store value balance in e-wallet?
We are unable to process refund after store value is topped-up in your e-wallet.
TCCG DOLLARS (tcc$)
What is TCCG dollar (TCCG$)?
TCCG$ is a rebate system awarded upon spending and each rebate is valid for 1 year from the month of issuance.
How does TCCG$ work?
Members across all tiers enjoy 5% rebate (in the form of TCCG$) on regular spend (excluding discount, service charge and government taxes). 1TCCG$ = SGD $1.
Where can I check my TCCG$ balance?
Via the E-Wallet of TCCG Rewards+ mobile app (available on App Store and Google Play).
