What is tcc Rewards+?
tcc Rewards+ is a program introduced to reward our regular customers with exclusive privileges and benefits. The membership program has 3 tiers; tcc Subscriber member, tcc Lifestyle member and tcc Prestige member.

*rebates are awarded based on nett spending, exclusive of service charge and prevailing government taxes. Usage of any promotional e-vouchers such as complimentary item or discount will not count towards accumulation of Rebates, and Membership Tiers.
How do I sign up for tcc Rewards+?
Simply sign up via tcc Rewards+ mobile app with your mobile number and an OTP will be sent to you for verification. Upon successful OTP verification, you may start to enjoy the privileges and perks in all tcc outlets. If you are unable to receive an OTP, ensure that tcc Rewards+ is not a blocked number and Message Filthering is turned off.
Will there be a membership card issued to me?
No. tcc Rewards+ is a cardless membership program and it can be accessed via tcc Rewards+ mobile app. Simply launch your tcc Rewards+ mobile app and present the unique QR code to enjoy the membership perks and privileges.
Must I have a local number to register for tcc Rewards+?
Yes. Only local mobile numbers are eligible for tcc Rewards+ registration.
ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Can I hold more than one tcc Rewards+ account?
No. Multiple applications via tcc Rewards+ mobile app with the same mobile number will not be accepted.
Is the tcc Reward+ membership transferable?
No. Your tcc Rewards+ account is non-transferable.
Is there an expiry date to my tcc Rewards+ membership?
No. there is no expiry to your tcc Rewards+ membership. However, your membership tier may change depending on your spending in the 12 months membership tier cycle that starts on the day of your sign up. Due to upgrades in our membership program, only expenditures recorded from 19 Jan 2019 onwards will be implemented to your membership tier.
How do I qualify for a tcc Rewards+ Lifestyle Membership?
To qualify as a tcc Rewards+ Lifestyle member, simply spend a minimum of $88* within your 12 months membership tier cycle. If the minimum spending is not met, your Lifestyle membership tier will be downgraded to the member tier. Usage of any promotional e-vouchers such as complimentary item or discount will not count towards your tier.

How do I qualify for a tcc Rewards+ Prestige Membership?
To qualify as a tcc Rewards+ Prestige member, simply spend a minimum of $300* within your 12 months membership tier cycle from Lifestyle tier. If the minimum spending is not met, your Prestige membership tier will be downgraded to the Lifestyle tier. Usage of any promotional e-vouchers such as complimentary item or discount will not count towards your tier.

Can I enjoy my tcc Rewards+ membership privileges for take-away and/or online orders?
tcc Rewards+ privileges apply for both dine-in and walk in take-away orders only. It is not applicable for online ordering or delivery services.
Can I enjoy my membership privileges on eve of public holidays and public holidays?
Yes. tcc Rewards+ privileges are applicable on eve of public holidays and public holidays, unless otherwise stated.
Can I enjoy my membership privileges for corporate function(s) and/or catering orders?
No. tcc Rewards+ privileges are not applicable for corporate function(s) and/or catering orders.
tcc DOLLARS (tcc$)
What is the tcc dollar (tcc$)?
tcc dollar (tcc$) is a rebate system where members are awarded with cash rebates, termed as tcc$, with every transaction made. tcc$ is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance. Usage of any promotional e-vouchers such as complimentary item or discount will not count towards accumulation of tcc$.
How does tcc$ work?
tcc$ is awarded based on 10%, 15% and 25% of the bill amount* respectively for tcc Rewards+ member, lifestyle member and prestige member. tcc$ can be accumulated and used to offset your final bill on your next or subsequent visits at all tcc art boutique cafés. Each tcc$1 is equivalent to the value of SGD$1.00.
*Rebates are awarded based on regular-priced, ala carte spending, excluding utilisation of balance rebates, service charge and prevailing government taxes.
Where can I check my tcc$ balance?
You may check your tcc$ balance via tcc Rewards+ mobile app which can be downloaded from Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

No. Birthday privileges are only valid for dine-in only and not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discount and/or promotional vouchers.
When can I enjoy my birthday privileges?
You may visit any tcc art boutique and enjoy double rebates for the first 4 transactions during your birthday month; should any of the 4 transactions meet the qualifying spend for renewal or upgrade of membership tier, the particular transaction would not be awarded double rebates.
Can I enjoy my birthday privileges for take-away and/or online orders?
No. Birthday privileges are only valid for dine-in only and not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discount and/or promotional vouchers.
