Vaishnashri Meynon S was born in Singapore 1995. Upon starting her journey to pursue a diploma she decided to join Nanyang academy of fine arts to specialize in western painting. By nature, she is a very tactile person, hence she explored paint as a material in her BA Hons fine art programme in Lasalle college of the arts and graduated with a second-class honours. Apart from her education, she volunteered at Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPAS) to teach children with special needs. In addition, she also contributed to CPAS by painting wall murals. Vaishna’s goal is to be a multi-disciplinary artist. She has completed her internship with Manyung gallery, learning how to curate art shows. She was nominated for Takifuji art award in 2019 and has exhibited her works in the following art exhibition.
