About Michelle
Michelle began her formal art education at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in Singapore, majoring in Fine Arts from 1995 to 1998. She further enriched her skills with summer courses at the Edinburgh School of Art in Scotland. Post-graduation, Michelle dedicated herself to children’s art education while managing family responsibilities, which momentarily paused her personal artistic endeavors. As her children grew older, she rediscovered her passion for painting, embracing new opportunities for creative exploration and self-improvement.
Her current work reflects a rich tapestry of life experiences and personal insights. Through abstract lines, textures, and colors, she explores the vastness of nature and its hidden philosophies. Her paintings invite viewers to journey through serene landscapes—mountains, forests, and endless seas of clouds — offering a space for reflection and tranquility, where thoughts can settle and strength can be rejuvenated.
